Jimmy Greene Quartet

Jimmy Greene, 34, represents the new challenging, refreshing saxophone tone on today's New York jazz scene. The warm and round sound he produces reminds of Sonny Rollins and John Coltrane but Greene and his group have a personal and unique style. The group participating in the festival comprises of top young jazz players active today in New York.

Jimmy's performances are both moving and exciting and his passionate playing is a blast on stage.
