Kurt Rosenwinkel is an American leading jazz guitarist and composer. He recorded nine CD's of his own music and dozens of others as a sideman. He performed with Joshua Redman and Brad Mehldau as well as Gary Barton and Paul Motian. The influence of Rachmaninoff and Debussy's music blends into his rich and intriguing compositions.

On 25.8 Kurt Rosenwinkel’s performance followed by John Scofield & the Piety Street Band will certainly be one of our special nights in the Red Sea Jazz Festival.
